How to prepare for this PSM II course

This Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) course is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who already have a solid understanding of the Scrum Framework. Even though participation in the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) course and the PSM I certificate are not required, you should have that level of understanding and at least one year of practical experience as a Scrum Master.

PSM II exam and PSM II certificate

After this PSM II course you will get access to the PSM II exam. The PSM II exam is a 90-minute online test (English) with 30 questions (multiple choice, multiple answer, true/false). To pass, you need at least 85% correct answers. If you take the PSM II exam within 14 days of this course and do not pass directly, you will receive another attempt at no additional cost. After passing the PSM II exam you will receive your PSM II certificate from Scrum.org. The PSM II certificate does not expire and does not require a renewal fee. In addition, if you pass the exam, you can claim a 40% discount on the PSM III exam.

Professional Development Units (PDU)

If you hold an active certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), you can claim 14 professional development units (PDUs) after attending this PSM II course.

Training Repetition Guarantee

If you feel you haven't got the most out of this course, you can come back and join one of our next PSM II courses within three months at no additional cost. If you want to retake the PSM II exam after repeating our course and you have already taken your two attempts, you only pay the costs of another PSM II exam. This repetition guarantee applies to our public courses only.

We use "Training from the back of the room" (TBR) and Liberating Structures to create a rich learning experience for you. With clear and concise concepts, joyful exercises, surprising changes of perspective and lots of exchange with your trainer and fellow participants. This way you will learn about Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master in a memorable and professional way.
