This Scrum training is for anyone who wants to gain practical experience with professional Scrum. In this 2-day Scrum course you will get the foundational skills and knowledge you need to use professional Scrum. You will learn about the Scrum accountabilities, events, artifacts and values by participating in a series of Sprints where you will build a product. How you can prepare for this APS course
We recommend that you read the Scrum Guide and take notes of all your questions before you come to this class. You can download the Scrum Guide for free.
PSM I exam and PSM I certificate
After completing this APS course, you will receive a password to attempt the PSM I exam. The exam is a 60-minute online test (English) with 80 questions (multiple choice, multiple answer, true/false). The passing grade is 85%. After passing the exam, you will receive the industry-recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate from Scrum.org. Your PSM I certificate does not expire and has no renewal fee. If you take the exam within 14 days after this course and do not pass, you can retake the exam for free. After you have passed the PSM I exam, you are eligible to a 40% discount for the PSM II exam.
Professional Development Units (PDU)
If you hold an active certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), you can claim 14 professional development units (PDUs) after attending this APS course.
Training Method
We use "Training from the back of the room" (TBR) to create a rich learning experience for you. With clear and concise concepts, joyful exercises, surprising changes of perspective and lots of exchange with your trainer and fellow participants. This way you will learn about Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master in a memorable and professional way.
